At the moment, we only deliver in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom

Delivery fees and shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your delivery address. At the moment, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s website

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived on time?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at support@sevenwave.com. We will assist you in locating your order.

What happens if my product is damaged during shipping?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@sevenwave.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund

Returns

We're sure you'll love your new electric bike or surfboard as soon as you open the box, but if you change your mind, it's easy to return it within 30 days.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Can I return a product after the 30-day window?

Returns outside of the 30-day window are generally not accepted. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us at support@sevenwave.com to discuss your situation.
